Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping within the US on orders over $50.00 before tax. If under $50.00 shipping is a flat rate of $7.00

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders are received and processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the next business day. We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground shipping.  Shipping can take between 1-3 business days depending on weight and location of delivery. Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.

Q: When will my order be ready if I selected in-store pick up?
A: Orders are received and processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email and a text or phone call once your order is ready. Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process.

Q: I haven't received my order. Where is it?
A: If in store pick-up was selected as the shipping method, your order is at our Biloxi or Ocean Springs location. If shipping was selected, an email with the tracking information was sent that can provide the current location of the package. 

Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?
A: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. If USPS is the carrier, contact the local office.

Q: How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?
A: Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 4-5 days for the return to be processed. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email detailing the refund. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.

Q: An item I want is sold out online. Do you have it in store?
A: For inventory inquiries, please call our stores directly and one of our store associates will be happy to check for you and assist you in placing a phone order. The number is 228-388-3198, extension 3 for Biloxi / extension 4 for Ocean Springs.
